CORE Membership Forms: 

REALTOR® Membership Application: Apply for primary (CORE, NJ Realtors®, and NAR) or secondary (CORE with/without NJ Realtors®) membership. Agent and Designated Realtor® signatures required. 


Member Transfer Form: Transfer membership to a new office. Member and new Designated Realtor® signatures required. 


Office Membership Application: Establish a new Realtor® office. Broker and Designated Realtor® signatures required. 


Designated REALTOR® Membership Application: Update the Designated Realtor® for an office. If Designated Realtor® is not already a member of CORE, submit application along with a Realtor® Membership Application. Broker and Designated Realtor® signature required.


Office Roster Change Form: To notify CORE that an agent is no longer with your office. Designated Realtor® signature required, and receipt of change made with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission required.


2022 New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award Application


New Jersey REALTORS️® Quarter Century Club: Been a Realtor for 25 Years? The Quarter Century Club honors NJ Realtor members who have served as Realtors or Realtor-Associates faithfully in New Jersey for 25 years or more. The deadline to submit your completed application is Friday, September 16 by close of business – 4:30 pm, to your local association (CORE) at


REALTOR® Emeritus Information: Requires 40 years of Realtor® membership, and to have served one year on an NAR committee.


CORE 2023 Elected Officer & Director PositionsCORE Seeks Volunteer Leaders If you’re interested in serving your fellow members and your professional association in an elected leadership role beginning January 1, please complete and return the application for open positions by Monday, August 15, 2022 by close of business – 4:30 pm. To be eligible to serve, you must have been a CORE Realtor member in good standing (or of the former Mercer County Association of Realtors or Hunterdon Somerset Association of Realtors) for a minimum of three consecutive years. Additional information is on the application.


Workgroup/Committee Agreement: Code of Conduct for CORE Workgroup Volunteers – The Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Conduct for all CORE Workgroup/Committee Volunteers, who are expected to adhere to the standards of loyalty, good faith, and the avoidance of conflict of interest as stated in the agreement. All workgroup/committee volunteers are required to submit a signed form prior to the first committee meeting.


CORE REALTOR® of the Year: CORE is now accepting applications for the 2022 CORE Realtor of the Year Award. The award criteria include business accomplishments, civic and charitable activity, and service to the Realtor organization at the local, state, and national levels. The winner will be determined by CORE’s Realtor of the Year Committee, comprised of past presidents and former Realtors of the Year, and will be submitted by CORE for consideration for the state Realtor of the Year Award. 

  • CORE members can submit an application on behalf of themselves or another member. Alternatively, members may also nominate a fellow CORE member for the award by sending an email stating you are nominating a particular CORE member to CORE will send a note of congratulations to that person with a link so they can apply.

2022 Committee Application: CORE Realtors and Affiliate members are needed for 2022 CORE Committees. Workgroups at CORE include committees and task forces and are one of the key channels by which member voices are incorporated into plans and actions. Current committee members who wish to stay on that workgroup should reapply. Note – workgroups currently meet virtually via Zoom, with the potential for rare in-person meetings at either of the CORE offices. Submit completed application by November 12 to
