CORE Official Announcement
2021 Annual Meeting and Election of Officers & Directors
CORE will fill open positions for the Board of Directors by holding an election. Only Realtor members in good standing are eligible to vote. Members have the option of either voting by proxy online or voting at the Annual Meeting, being held virtually.
Voting Option 1:
The Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom on Friday, October 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. and will include the election, a CORE Update by President Susan LaRue, a celebration of the accomplishments of CORE’s committees and workgroups, awards announcements and recognition, door prizes for Realtors and Affiliate members — including 2022 Realtor dues (local, state, and national), a solo email to CORE’s membership, and more. No cost to attend, but “seating” is limited. Register here.
Voting Option 2:
Electronic voting begins Friday, October 8, 2021 at noon and ends Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at noon – watch your email for a link to your personal electronic ballot.
CORE 2021 Nominating Committee Report
Committee Members:

The Committee met on June 22 and July 28 and interviewed 14 candidates virtually via Zoom on three separate dates in September for the following positions:
- President-Elect (term ending 2022)
- Treasurer (term ending 2022)
- Three (3) CORE Directors (terms ending 2024)
The Committee voted to recommend the following slate of candidates to the membership for election. [Note – Nominating Committee members who applied for a position were recused from taking part in the interviews, discussions, and votes on candidates for those positions]:
- CORE Officers:
- President-Elect: Judy Moriarty
- Treasurer: William (Bill) Keegan
- CORE Directors:
- Benjamin (Ben) Jampel
- Tracee Schaefer
- Fareeda Stokes
The following individuals will automatically ascend (per the CORE Bylaws) to the following positions in 2021:
- Genette Falk: 2021 President-Elect to 2022 President
- Susan LaRue: 2021 President to 2022 Immediate Past President/National Association of REALTORS® Director from CORE
